Sr Technical Program Manager, Guidance & Personalization

Overview In this role you will drive cross-functional programs to deliver AI-powered personalization for advertisers within the Amazon Ads console. You will coordinate platform API unification, agentic and AI-native experiences, and security initiatives across multiple teams. You’ll manage migrations, track dependencies, and align stakeholders from leadership to engineering. You’ll help scale advertiser experiences with guidance, personalization, and security at the core of the GPS mission.
