Controls Engineer/ Industrial Programming (Full Time)

*Job Summary* Industrial Controls & Automation is growing! We are currently seeking a *programming/software engineer* to join our team. *Qualifications and Skills* * *Minimum* 2 years work experience in industrial controls and system integration with a strong focus (75% +) on software design and programming * PLC and HMI programming for Rockwell ControlLogix Platforms and Mitsubishi is preferred * FANUC robot experience is a plus * Networking experience including - EtherNet/IP * Experience with vision systems (Cognex / Keyence) * Strong problem solving skills * Demonstrated project management skills * Ability to organize and effectively convey technical information to members of management, coworkers, and customers * Ability to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly * Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Experience successfully interacting and working with customers at multiple levels of responsibility in a manufacturing or production environment * Solid verbal and written communication skills * Successful completion of drug screen and background check is required *Benefits* Health insurance provided Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401k with employer match Health Savings Plans with employer contributions Paid holidays Paid continuous technology training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: * Franklin, IN 46131: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
