Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting. Performs other duties as assigned. Key AccountabilitiesAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including variance analysis and key performance metricsBuild and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales and Actuarial to ensure financial accuracy and alignmentMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendationsAssist in the evaluation of new products, pricing strategies, and market expansion opportunitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience in related field3+ years of related experience beyond degreePreferred QualificationsHealthcare experience and healthcare economics knowledge are plusesResult driven and detail oriented with the ability to manage and collaborate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAnalytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptability and fast learning ability. TM1 and/or SQL experiences desiredExpert or advanced MS Excel skill and PowerPoint experienceThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.The full salary grade for this position is $56,600 - $97,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $56,600 - $84,840. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
