They're looking for a sharp project manager to drive new hardware from concept to mass production — sitting at the center of engineering, design, and operations to keep complex builds on track.Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly organized and driven Technical Project Manager to lead new product development from concept through mass production. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, and operations, ensuring complex hardware programs stay on track and deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage product development schedules from concept through mass production, including milestones, deliverables, and dependenciesDrive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teamsLead project rituals including design reviews, sprint planning, stand-ups, and milestone reviewsPrepare clear documentation and present tradeoff analyses for key decisionsManage project budgets and proactively communicate forecasted expenses to financeOversee vendor and test lab relationships; coordinate prototype builds and pilot runsIdentify and mitigate risks related to scope, resources, and timelinesContinuously improve project management processes and workflowsSupport additional projects and strategic initiatives as neededApproximately 25% travel to manufacturing sites, partner locations, and eventsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience managing hardware or consumer electronics product development programsProven track record leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycleStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering workflowsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar platforms)Advanced skills in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel) and SlackAbility to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and adapt to shifting prioritiesExceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldPMP, CSM, or similar certificationExperience in consumer appliances or hardware startupsFamiliarity with regulatory standards (UL, FCC, FDA)Hands-on experience in product design or new product development engineeringIf you fit the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, apply here now.
