SDET / Automation Test Engineer (Selenium / Java)
Overview
In this SDET role, you will lead automation-driven validation across FICC applications and their integration points. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to run program-wide business cycles, support performance and resiliency testing, and validate readiness for client environments. You drive an automation-first testing approach to expand coverage and speed up release validation. The role blends end-to-end testing with upstream/downstream system touchpoints, offering meaningful impact on release quality and system reliability.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain regression, business cycle, and data-validation automation scriptsContribute to automation-first strategy across E2E and integration testingIdentify, design, and automate repeatable end-to-end and integration scenariosIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous build validationPerform impact analysis and update automation suites after system changesSupport automated regression suites to efficiently validate releasesTag and track automation coverage (automatable vs non-automatable)Design and implement E2E test scenarios for modernization initiatives covering upstream and downstream touchpointsDevelop reusable automation suites for rapid post-production testingUnderstand business requirements, functionality, release scope, and system integration specifics
