Position – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (On-site) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule __________________________________________________________ Job Summary: The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care.
