The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and hands-on experience supporting complex litigation, along with exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.Attorneys in this group benefit from a collegial environment and are given meaningful opportunities for professional development, client interaction, and long-term advancement.Key Responsibilities Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationConduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documentsSupport case strategy development and client communicationsCollaborate closely with partners and senior associates on high-stakes mattersQualifications 1–3 years of litigation experience at a law firmStrong academic credentialsExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsJudicial clerkship experience is a plusAdmission to the Oregon and/or Washington Bar, or willingness to obtain admissionCompensation The expected salary range for this position is $215,000 – $250,000 , depending on qualifications and experience.
