By contributing to our goal of becoming the most widely used benefits platform, you will be enhancing the lives of millions of people around the globe.Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable within NetSuite, including invoicing, cash application, and collectionsMaintain and reconcile subscription billing data between NetSuite and billing platformsSupport revenue recognition in accordance with ASPE 3400 / IFRS 15 using NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management)Create and maintain deferred revenue schedules, contract assets, and revenue arrangements in NetSuitePrepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and revenue-related entriesPerform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, payment processors, and key balance sheet accountsExecute and support month-end and year-end close processes within NetSuiteSupport audit activities by ensuring accurate system records and providing required documentationIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within NetSuite workflowsDraft basic contracts from established templates and upkeep document management systemsQualifications:Canadian accounting experience - firm requirementBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environmentStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Netsuite strongly preferred (specifically with Advanced Revenue Management)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office 365 programsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team BenefitHub is proud to offer highly competitive salaries along with a very generous perks & benefits package for full-time Team Members:Medical, Vision, and Dental (Employer paid 75% of monthly contributions)Domestic Partner Coverage for all insurance plans100% employer-paid Life Insurance401(K) retirement plan options (including employer contribution)Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)Generous Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave Policies11 Holidays (Including office closed day after Thanksgiving)Professional development opportunitiesFlexible work schedulesCollaborative and innovative work environmentRemote-friendly work arrangementsEmployee discount programFlexible Spending Account programVoluntary Benefit Programs (STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Accident)
