This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $115,000 annually, plus a $1,000 signing bonus.Job DetailsSalary: $70,000 to $115,000 per yearJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Madison, NJ 07940 Position OverviewAs a BDC Representative, you will manage incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and conduct long-term follow-up with unsold customers from various sources including internet leads, showroom visits, and phone inquiries. Your goal will be to nurture strong customer relationships and generate repeat business by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their ownership experience.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and current customersRecord all customer comments and interactions accurately in the systemSchedule and confirm sales appointments, including rescheduling no-show customersFollow up with the sales team to verify appointment outcomesMaintain and update customer information within the databaseExecute contact strategies based on marketing initiativesRespond promptly to customer website inquiriesEngage internet customers via email, phone, and text to schedule appointments following a set timelineNotify appropriate departments when appointments are bookedAssist with additional tasks as assigned to support team operations Work EnvironmentMadison Honda offers a supportive and energetic work environment where technology and customer service excellence are valued.
