Supply Chain Technical Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead complex cross-functional programs spanning manufacturing readiness, supplier qualification, and risk management to strengthen supply chain resilience. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to drive programs from concept to implementation. The role combines program management with deep technical know-how in manufacturing operations and supplier quality. Your work will shape how products are produced and delivered at scale, with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefits packagebonus and stock award program (as applicable)relocation eligibilityonsite location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CAtravel: 10%career growth opportunities ResponsibilitiesPrepare and drive project plans from conception through implementation.Lead complex programs across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain.Provide engineering and business process expertise on standard programs.Identify and resolve project complications and develop solutions.Drive supplier qualification and alternate source development for business continuity.Evaluate manufacturing processes and supplier capabilities for qualification readiness.Manage technical risks and mitigation across stakeholders.Coordinate engineering change implementation and manufacturing readiness activities.Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.Develop and track program schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.Drive cross-functional alignment for successful project execution and business outcomes.Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, or Supply ChainStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and operationsExperience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologiesProven ability to lead cross-functional technical projectsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience managing technical risks and driving issue resolutionstakeholder managementexecutive communicationproblem solvingmanufacturing operationssupplier quality methodologiesproduct lifecycle management
