Seeking someone with a friendly, easy going personality that enjoys working with people.Position Summary The Training & HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Club's team member experience, with a primary focus on onboarding, training coordination, and program execution. This position ensures that new and existing team members are set up for success through organized, consistent, and engaging training initiatives, while also providing general administrative support to Human Resources.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, interacting with team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture in a high-end hospitality environment. Our team is guided by a commitment to Members First, Make Improvements, and Model Operations, and this role helps bring those standards to life through a strong onboarding and training experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processesSupport the execution of the Club's onboarding program and training initiativesSchedule, track, and maintain records for training and required programsAssist with the coordination and delivery of onboarding and departmental trainingHelp create and organize training materials, presentations, and internal resourcesSupport employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communicationsServe as a point of contact for team member questions and provide general supportAssist with day-to-day HR administrative needsSchedule & Physical RequirementsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireAbility to walk the property for extended periods, including conducting tours and supporting training across multiple departmentsAbility to stand, move, and remain active throughout the workdayAbility to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds (training supplies, onboarding materials, etc.)Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on training and operational needsWhat We're Looking ForA team-oriented individual who enjoys supporting othersSomeone who takes pride in organization, follow-through, and accuracyA professional who is approachable and comfortable interacting with team members at all levelsAn individual who contributes positively to workplace culture and team member experienceQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)1–3 years of HR or training experience a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency in Canva is a plusExperience in hospitality or a high-end environment is a plusIf you are ready to elevate our members experience and be the standard, we would be HAPPY to meet you!If these ideas excite you, we would be honor in receiving your application.Cover letters and resumes are great!
