IT Support Analyst (Applications & ERP)About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst (Applications & ERP) to join a growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is looking to gain hands-on experience supporting both end-user technology and core business applications in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a main point of contact for users needing assistance with technology or business applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating more advanced problems when requiredProvide support for internal systems and applications, including helping users with navigation and accessAssist with setting up new users, devices, and accounts as part of onboardingKeep documentation, how-to guides, and support materials up to dateHelp test new features, updates, or system changes before they go liveWork with different teams to understand needs, streamline processes, and enhance system usabilityMonitor general system performance and report recurring issues or improvement opportunitiesQualifications 1–2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or systems support (internships or entry-level experience also considered)Basic understanding of business applications or enterprise systems (any platform is acceptable)General knowledge of troubleshooting computers, software, and common user issuesStrong communication skills with a customer-focused approachAbility to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple support requestsComfortable using Microsoft Office and other common workplace toolsEducational background in IT, business systems, or a related field is beneficial but not required
