Executive Administrative Assistant
North Central Family Medical Center is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing affordable, accessible healthcare and pharmacy services to patients of all ages with locations in Rock Hill and Chester.
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Composes and types routine correspondence
· Answers phones and routes calls or takes messages
· Coordinates business travel, webinars, education for staff as approved
· Coordinates and records minutes of staff, board and committee meetings
· Prepares spreadsheets/reports, makes copies, handle faxes and filing
· Maintains the conference rooms calendar and Provider’s Time-Off calendar for various meetings
· Assists with coordinating organization wide events
· Provides general administrative support such as ordering supplies, provider patient reports, creating/printing brochures, business cards, and flyers
· Reconciles corporate credit card
· Maintains check-out/in system for corporate credit card and company vehicles
· Sends out donor letters and receipts
· Completes special projects as assigned by the CEO
· Maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times

Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred . Minimum of three years of experience in executive support roles, preferably with senior management or high-level executives. Medical terminology and/or background helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
