Main Purpose of the PositionThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for our HR staffing services, which include Talent Acquisition, Search and Selection processes, Outsourcing and Hiring services, and Payrolling services. The primary purpose of this role is to generate new business opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.Main Duties and Responsibilities·      Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.·      Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and capabilities.·      Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.·      Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, market analysis, and revenue performance against predefined goals.·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and expand professional networks.Short term Objectives and Main Goals·      Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.·      Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the first 90 days.·      Establish and nurture at least 10 key client relationships within the first six months.·      Provide detailed market analysis reports quarterly to inform strategic decision-making.Generate comprehensive revenues achieved vs. goals predefined reports on a monthly basis.Qualifications requiredEDUCATION·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.CERTIFICATIONSProfessional certifications in Sales or HR, such as Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR), are preferred.Proven experience in other Staffing firms, or at least to have worked within this industry during a period no less that 5 years.SkillsSales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders.Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities.Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.We are a strong Latinamerican HR Services Company, with presence in 10 countries.
