This position provides technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding the creation, integration, and deployment of complex software solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service, including mobile app development for field technicians. The role involves end-to-end solution design for various field service capabilities such as work orders, service appointments, scheduling policies, and dispatcher consoles. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, security, and architecture to translate business requirements into durable technical solutions. Additionally, this role entails leading efforts in AI-enabled field service functionalities, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, and ensuring the reliability and performance of deployed solutions.
