Executive Director - HospiceWe are looking for a strong hospice operator who can lead from the front, build and retain a solid team, maintain compliance, and drive disciplined execution across the branch.Position Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospice programLead branch performance across operations, staffing, compliance, service delivery, and quality outcomesEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirementsHire, develop, and retain qualified hospice personnelOversee staff orientation, training, competency, and ongoing developmentMaintain appropriate staffing levels and support interdisciplinary team coordinationMonitor operational performance, service utilization, and progress toward strategic goalsEnsure strong communication across staff, leadership, patients, families, and referral partnersOversee policies, procedures, and standards of care to support high-quality hospice servicesManage budgets, resources, supplies, vendors, and branch infrastructurePromote ethical business practices and strong patient-care standardsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in a related field requiredMaster's degree in nursing preferredMinimum 3+ years of hospice management experienceMust meet applicable Georgia requirements for hospice administrator qualificationsLocal candidate, with acute local hospice market knowledge & connections preferred.RN a plus, but not required if otherwise qualified under Georgia hospice administrator requirementsStrong working knowledge of hospice operations, Medicare conditions of participation, compliance, and team leadershipStable work history and proven leadership performanceCompensationHighly competitive base salary, plus bonus opportunity and strong overall package.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
