IT Support Supervisor

Job DescriptionWere seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead a team focused on IT training, systems support, and application readiness in a healthcare environment.In this role, youll oversee specialists who design, configure, and deliver end-user and application training while ensuring a consistent, high-quality support experience.Youll be responsible for system stability, training effectiveness, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance, while building a collaborative, service-first team culture aligned with organizational priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support a remote team of IT training and application support specialistsOversee the design, development, and delivery of IT and application training programsEnsure system stability, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory/compliance requirementsPartner with cross-functional leaders to align training and readiness efforts with business needsMaintain and improve documentation, workflows, and training materialsMonitor performance, manage schedules and assignments, and support workload prioritizationDrive a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvementQualificationsAssociates degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldOR High school diploma/equivalent plus 2+ years of IT operations experienceMediClear certification or an equivalent HIPAA credentialStrong working knowledge of IT workflows, healthcare applications, data integrity, and training methodsProven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and support remote staff effectivelyWhy Is This a Great OpportunityDynamic healthcare environment, we don't see positions like this come up often.Great benefit package, and some hybrid flexibilitySalary Type : Annual SalarySalary Min : $ 100000Salary Max : $ 140000Currency Type : USD
