Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMT (Construction Materials Testing) Technician located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The CMT Technician will be responsible for conducting field and laboratory tests on construction materials, preparing accurate and detailed reports, maintaining testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include collecting soil, concrete, and asphalt samples, interpreting test results, and collaborating with other team members and clients to ensure quality control and project success. Qualifications Experience with field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as soil, concrete, and asphaltAbility to prepare accurate and detailed reportsFamiliarity with maintaining and calibrating testing equipmentKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to construction materials testingStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites within the Dallas-Fort Worth areaRelevant certifications such as ACI, NICET, or similar are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in construction materials testing is beneficial
