The team is small but growing, emphasizing autonomy, high-impact work, and close collaboration with leadership.About the Role:We are looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist who can independently create and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads and visibility for the company. This role is not a sales position but focuses on driving opportunities for the sales team through strategic content and outreach.Responsibilities:Develop marketing collateral including flyers, LinkedIn posts, and advertising campaigns.Manage internet domains and company online presence.Generate high-quality sales leads and facilitate the sales process.Monitor engagement from external sources and identify opportunities to grow visibility in the industry.Act independently to initiate projects, set priorities, and execute plans that create value.Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives and deliverables.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or lead generation experience.Ability to independently define projects and take ownership of execution.Strong written and verbal English communication skills; assertive and proactive.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online content creation.Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing company online presence and domains.Prior experience developing B2B marketing campaigns.Background in analytics or lead generation strategy.Ideal Candidate:Dedicated, reliable, and able to drive results independently.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and follow through.Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with leadership and coordination with the sales team.Proactive and results-driven, capable of leading initiatives without micromanagement.What’s in it for you:2500-3000$Remote work with flexibility aligned to U.S. time zones (7am–4pm PT).Paid time off, flexible and negotiated case by case.Standard U.S. holidays.Opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and take full ownership of projects.Work in a small, agile team with direct collaboration with leadership.Autonomy to shape strategy and drive results independently.
