The Business Development Rep (BDR) finds new and expands current business with companies that have shipping needs. The BDR provides frontline, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and follow up, clearly communicating Fide’s value to companies. A BDR will also provide resolution to customer issues and operational support through building carrier relationships and solving supply chain issues as they arise.The ideal candidate is a motivated and business-minded professional who combines proven sales experience with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
