We partner closely with personal injury law firms to help their clients maintain financial stability and access necessary medical care while legal matters are ongoing.TITLE: Account Manager – Outside SalesCOMPENSATION: $65,000–$80,000 base salary (annual merit increases based on performance) + uncapped commission!ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: $400/month vehicle allowance + $25/month cell phone stipendINCENTIVES:Uncapped commission structure with realistic first-year earnings between $15,000–$55,000, with strong upside potential and consistent year-over-year growth for high performersTerritory: Philadelphia PAWORK ARRANGEMENT: RemoteTRAVEL: Frequent weekday travel based on territory demands; all travel and lodging expenses reimbursedREPORTS TO: Regional Director of SalesOur offerings include:Plaintiff Funding Solutions: Providing advance funds to injured individuals so they are not forced to wait for case resolution to cover living expenses.Medical & Surgical Care on Lien: Coordinating and funding medical treatment through an established network of physicians, surgery centers, and hospitals that treat clients on lien.Known for transparency, ethical practices, and fair terms, the company has become a trusted referral partner for law firms nationwide and continues to gain strong recognition in the legal services space.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs an Account Manager focused on outside sales, you will be responsible for expanding and managing relationships within the personal injury legal community. Responsibilities include:Achieving and exceeding revenue and territory growth targetsDeveloping long-term partnerships with personal injury attorneys, paralegals, and legal staffHosting in-person meetings, lunches, and networking engagements with law firm stakeholdersRepresenting the company at legal conferences, industry events, and networking functionsConducting outbound outreach and follow-ups using CRM tools to support pipeline developmentMaintaining accurate records of prospects, accounts, and activityPresenting and educating legal partners on the company’s services and value propositionManaging deal progression through consistent follow-up, documentation coordination, and closing supportWHAT TO EXPECTSignificant weekday travel depending on assigned territoryHigh autonomy with strong support from leadership and operationsPerformance-driven environment with uncapped earning potentialQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of inside or outside sales experienceProven ability to build relationships and consistently meet or exceed goalsExperience developing sales strategies and tracking performance metricsFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independentlyConfident engaging with professionals in social and business settingsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSTotal earning potential: $120,000+ annuallyBase salary: $65,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience)Commission: $15,000–$55,000 typical range; uncapped for top performersFully remote work environmentMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays and generous PTO401(k) or Roth IRA optionsCareer advancement opportunities within a high-growth organizationADDITIONAL NOTESFunding approvals are typically issued within hours once complete documentation is receivedUnderwriting is completed quickly, with contracts delivered via DocuSign to both client and attorneyFunding is commonly disbursed within 1–2 business daysCandidates who bring existing attorney relationships may be eligible to negotiate enhanced payout structures
