Warehouse Associate

Department: Warehouse/LogisticsReports To: Warehouse Manager/SupervisorJob Summary:The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. Experience with SAP is preferred to effectively manage inventory and streamline processes.Key Responsibilities:Receiving and Inspecting Goods:Unload shipments and check for accuracy against purchase orders.Inspect goods for damage and quality issues.Enter receipt data into SAP for inventory tracking.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.Update inventory levels in SAP to reflect real-time stock information.Order Fulfillment:Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.Ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.Generate shipping labels and documentation using SAP.Warehouse Organization:Organize and label storage areas for optimal efficiency.Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage and loss.Use SAP to track the location and status of inventory.Equipment and Safety:Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, including inventory levels and order status.Use SAP to generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Team Collaboration:Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.Assist in training new associates on warehouse procedures and SAP usage.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous Warehouse Experience Preferred.Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).Stand, walk, and move for extended periods.Bend, stoop, and reach as needed.For immediate consideration, apply today!#1038EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.If you believe you need a reasonable accommodation due to a disability or health condition in order to search for a job opening or to apply for a position, please contact your staffing representative who will reach out to our HR team.AppleOne participates in the E-Verify program in certain locations as required by law.
