Position Summary
The Process Engineer plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement across Blue Line Solutions as we scale operations nationwide. This role is focused on identifying root causes of operational issues, improving workflows, standardizing documentation, and ensuring that problems are solved at the source—not repeated downstream.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with experience improving processes across multi-department environments such as operations, production, service, or technical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis
Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring process and quality issues across departments including Agency Operations, Processing, Field Operations, Production, and Service.
Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact and scalability.
Documentation & Standardization
Create, update, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and service manuals.
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and accessible across departments.
Support onboarding and training initiatives through improved documentation and workflows.
Training & Enablement
Develop training materials and assist with rollouts of new or improved processes.
Partner with department leaders to ensure teams understand and adopt updated procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Quality, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to drive alignment.
Support change management initiatives related to new systems, tools, or workflows.
Continuous Improvement
Establish metrics to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
Experience working in multi-department, fast-growing organizations.

Pay
$75,000 – $85,000 per year
