California Licensed Head of Legal Operations

A company is looking for a Head of Legal Operations to manage its legal function in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and expand a nationwide attorney network for probate and estate settlement activities Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, partners, and third parties Coordinate with external counsel on various legal matters and develop internal legal processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing outside counsel and vendor contracts J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction (California bar preferred) Experience in estate planning or probate law preferred but not required Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
