We are passionate about attracting top talent that will relentlessly innovate and continue to help our double-digit revenue and profit growth trajectory.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team with various administrative tasks, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow within the field.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Assist with daily HR operations and programs, including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and merit cycles. Employee Relations: Assist with attendance and FMLA tracking, maintaining employee records, and triaging and addressing employee inquiries and concerns.Reporting: Maintain reports for HR, including people analytics, and provide data requests to other departments.Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including leading orientations.401(k) Administration: Support the administration of the 401(k) plan and respond to employee inquiries.Training and Development: Help organize training sessions and maintain training certificates.Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies; assist with audits and reporting.Key QualitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedAble to work independently as well as part of a teamProactive and seeks to understand the whyAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in Human Resources a plus, but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (docs, sheets, forms)Flexibility to provide HR coverage onsite at our Manufacturing facilityBilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not requiredBenefits And PerksComprehensive health insurance plans.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Paid Time Off, Holidays, and Volunteer Time Off.Hybrid format, allowing you to work from home or in an office space.Professional development and team building opportunities.Discounts on products produced by BuildASign.
