Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Stuart, FL, is for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. Additional tasks include working on budgeting, monitoring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable recommendations to support the company’s growth and stability. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and AccountingStrong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and trendsComprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practicesProficient in ERP accounting software (Acumatica an asset), financial systems, and Microsoft Office & ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plusProven experience in a financial leadership role
