Apply via Dice today!We are seeking a Senior Cloud Migration Architect to lead AWS platform configuration and CI/CD automation for a large-scale enterprise cloud migration initiative supporting 30+ applications across multiple migration patterns including Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon EKS, and EC2-based deployments.This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on cloud-native architecture, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes operations, GitOps deployments, and enterprise DevOps enablement.Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage AWS environments including Elastic Beanstalk, EKS, EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and related servicesDesign and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormationBuild Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for CI/CD across multiple deployment modelsImplement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux for Kubernetes deploymentsManage Docker containerization, ECR repositories, Helm charts, ingress controllers, autoscaling, and cluster operationsSupport cloud migration strategies for enterprise applications across Dev/Test/ProdConfigure observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboardsCollaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and operations teams to deliver production-ready cloud solutionsCreate architecture documentation, runbooks, ADRs, and operational proceduresRequired Skills:5+ years of hands-on AWS infrastructure and cloud migration experienceStrong expertise with AWS services: EKS, Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager3+ years of production Kubernetes/EKS experienceStrong experience with ArgoCD or Flux (mandatory)Strong Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML) experienceHands-on Docker and container orchestration expertiseExperience with Terraform or CloudFormationLinux administration and shell scripting experienceStrong Git/version control practicesExcellent troubleshooting and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional CertificationCKA/CKAD CertificationExperience migrating .NET or Java applications to AWSExperience with DataDog, Splunk, or New RelicKnowledge of blue/green and canary deployments
