Brand Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where innovation, ownership, and collaboration are key.Our Brand Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day management of the Vitafusion brand, the development and commercialization of new products, P&L management, monthly sales forecasting, innovation project management, packaging and pricing strategy. This role blends brand strategy, operations, analytics, product commercialization, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and profitability.Roles & Responsibilities may include but not limited to:Help drive strategic brand planning; managing the execution of the marketing plan to ensure efficient and effective use of the budgetCreate strategy for new launches and work directly with COGS to inform pricingManagement of Vitafusion product launches, from ideation to commercialization, including new item setup in internal systems and retailer portals, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.Brief marketing, eComm, web and digital teams on new item launches, ensure copy and creative assets are developed per brand guidelines and ready in time for launchesLead cross-functional coordination across COGS, procurement, regulatory, operations, inventory planning, and sales teamsDriving growth and profitability of the Vitafusion brandDeveloping and enforcing brand guidelines across all facets of marketingCompetitive brand, trend and sales analysis using POS and Nielsen DataReview and ensure the profitability of promotional activityMonthly sales forecasting and inventory analysis and planning to ensure proper in-stock levelsLead the development of new items from artwork kick off andManaging vendor relationshipsMay oversees advertising, events and public relationshipsManaging the end-to-end process of Vitafusion marketing, distribution and promotional programsTo qualify for this position, your background must include:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5+ years in product/brand marketing; experience in the CPG industry a plusAbility to understand how to identify/interpret trendsAnalytic & strategic thinking along with financial planning experience and creative thinkingProven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring direct marketing campaignsAdvanced Excel and power point skills is a mustWe proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events, Summer Picnic, Festive Packages, Holiday Celebrations, and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011, Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Island's Top Workplaces Award 8 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
