We handle the whole pipeline — strategy, scripting, filming, editing, posting — so our clients can focus on running their business.We're looking for a Client Success Manager who's equal parts relationship-builder and social media expert. You'll own client relationships, lead calls, manage expectations, and keep accounts happy — but you also need to actually understand short-form content, not just manage it.What you'll do:Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clientsLead calls, onboarding, and check-ins with confidenceTranslate client goals into clear direction for our creative teamHandle concerns, manage expectations, and grow accountsYou're a fit if you:Have client-facing experience (agency background is a big plus)Communicate clearly and stay cool in tough conversationsUnderstand what makes short-form content perform — hooks, retention, conversion — not just vanity metricsAre organized enough to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ballAre based in the USTo apply: Applications through LinkedIn alone won't be reviewed.
