If you take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and being part of a growing industry, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.What You’ll DoPerform electrical service upgrades and panel replacements.Complete utility meter relocations and electrical modifications.Install wiring, conduit, disconnects, and other solar-related electrical components.Support installation teams with electrical connections for solar systems.Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical code requirements.Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and service work.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.Document completed work with photos and job notes.Communicate professionally with homeowners, inspectors, and team members.Equipment You’ll UseElectrical testing tools (multimeters, etc.)Hand and power toolsConduit bending and installation toolsLadders, fall protection, and safety equipmentCompany vehicle for travel between job sitesA Typical DayStart your day reviewing job assignments with your teamTravel to residential job sitesPerform panel upgrades, meter relocations, and electrical installationsSupport solar installation teams with system connectionsEnsure all work meets code and safety standardsDocument your work and prepare for the next jobWhat We’re Looking ForValid Electrical License required (Journeyman, Master, or local equivalent)Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)Experience in residential electrical workSolar experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work outdoors and on rooftops when neededAbility to lift 40–50 lbs regularlyStrong attention to safety and qualityValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
