Role Description Papillon is seeking a full-time Chef for our on-site location in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality meals, creating and refining menu items, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The Chef will manage kitchen operations, oversee food inventory, and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers. Additional tasks may include training kitchen staff and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Qualifications Culinary expertise in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, with a focus on quality and creativityKitchen management skills, including organization, inventory management, and maintaining hygiene and safety regulationsExperience in menu development and the ability to adapt to seasonal ingredients and customer preferencesCommunication and leadership skills for collaborating with kitchen staff and ensuring smooth operationsFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyCulinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferredPrevious experience as a Chef or in a related role is an advantage
