ASM Global is looking for observant, professional, and customer-service focused individuals to serve as Part-Time Security Guards at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and building during events and daily operations.What You'll Do:Patrol the facility's interior and exterior-including exhibit halls, docks, and service areasMonitor security camera and alarm systemsRespond to incidents and emergencies; provide CPR/First Aid/AED if necessaryAssist with crowd control and direct guests and delivery vehicles as neededWrite reports and communicate clearly via two-way radiosLock/unlock doors and enforce access restrictionsProvide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety protocols What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent preferred6 months to 1 year of prior security experience (venue/event setting is a plus)Strong communication and observation skillsComfortable walking long distances and standing for extended periodsWillingness to work weekends, holidays, and off-hoursAbility to pass background check and training requirementsPerks of the Job: Work behind the scenes at high-profile eventsBe part of a respected global venue management teamGain valuable experience in public safety, hospitality, and crowd managementOngoing training and development opportunitiesApply TodayJoin a team that takes pride in making events safe and successful for thousands of visitors.
