Village Caregiving is hiring Caregivers in Geneva, OH!Pay range: $15-$18 per hour*Bonus: We offer Daily Pay!Part-time and full time hours available!BENEFITSDaily PayBonusesDental insuranceFlexible scheduleLife insuranceReferral programVision insuranceRESPONSIBILITIESHelp clients take prescribed medicationAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)Assist clients with personal care and hygieneHelp clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercisesDo the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if neededPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing mealsCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersReport any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family membersAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyREQUIREMENTSPrevious caregiver experience preferred but not requiredCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationWillingness to adhere to health and safety standardsKnowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraintsMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerOutstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skillsPhysical endurance to complete required tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent
