If you have strong experience in Finance & Accounts within the Staffing/Recruitment industry, we would love to connect with you!Location: HyderabadExperience: 5+ Years in Finance & Accounts (Staffing Industry is a must)Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations for staffing business units.Handle client billing, invoicing, reconciliation, TDS/GST compliance, and audits.Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.Oversee payroll management, client payments, and vendor reconciliations.Support business decisions through P&L analysis and cost optimization.Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Requirements:• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (CA / MBA preferred)• Mandatory experience in the Staffing / Recruitment industry• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP• Excellent understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, Client)
