**Position Overview:** Redeemed Logistics is seeking dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to primarily traverse the Midwest and East of I-35, with the flexibility to cover all 48 states based on our customers' needs. Our drivers handle truckload and multi-stop/LTL temperature-controlled loads, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. With a commitment to driver choice, NYC and the 5 boroughs are not forced dispatch locations. **Home Time:** - Drivers east of the Mississippi River: Home every 2 weeks (14 days) **Compensation:** - $0.62 CPM (includes a $0.10 CPM per diem) - Weekly Guarantee: $1,250 - Average Miles: 2,087 - Top 50% Average Mile: 2,697 - Average Gross: $1,550 - Top 50% Average Gross: $1,740 - Comprehensive benefits package (details provided separately) **Orientation & Equipment:** - Location: De Pere, WI - Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3 days - Orientation Pay: $125 per day - Comprehensive introduction to all departments - Training on ELD and Geotab - Road test and functional assessment - Lunch provided - Fleet includes 2021 2024 model Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts and KW T680s (subject to availability) - All trucks equipped with APUs (ThermoKing and some Carriers), refrigerators, power inverters - Trucks governed at 70 MPH, featuring outward-facing cameras only - 2021 2024 trucks powered by PACCAR motors, with less than 50 2024 trucks featuring CUMMINS motors - Truck preference considered but based on availability **Qualifications** 2 years CDL-A Experience in the last 3 years No more than 3 Jobs in the last 12 months No more than 9 Jobs in the past 3 years Must Live in Florida and have a CDL-A from Florida **Why Redeemed Logistics?** Join a team that values your hard work and dedication.
