Our commitment to career development has created tenure and loyalty that enables us to perpetuate our family atmosphere.Job PurposeThe Corporate Director of OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment) is responsible for the strategic planning, sourcing, procurement, and execution of all OSE initiatives across new builds, renovations, and capital improvement projects within the portfolio. This role partners closely with Construction, Design, Operations, Finance, and Property Leadership to ensure all hospitality projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.This leader will drive a centralized, scalable OSE procurement strategy that enhances operational readiness, cost efficiency, and brand consistency across all hotels, while elevating the guest and associate experience.This position is based in Dallas, TX at the Corporate Office, Monday - Friday.Essential Job FunctionsStrategic Leadership & PlanningDevelop and lead the enterprise-wide OSE strategy for new builds, renovations, and conversions. Partner with the VP of Construction to align OSE timelines with overall project schedules and milestones. Establish standardized OSE programs, specifications, and brand guidelines across all properties. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and vendor consolidation. Procurement & Vendor ManagementOversee sourcing, bidding, and procurement of all OSE categories (e.g., kitchen equipment, smallwares, guestroom items, housekeeping supplies, OS&E packages). Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships, negotiating pricing, contracts, and service level agreements. Ensure procurement practices align with company policies and financial controls. Collaborate with Procurement to leverage scale and optimize purchasing power. Project ExecutionLead OSE project execution from planning through installation and hotel opening. Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of OSE expenditures. Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, warehousing, and installation timelines. Mitigate risks related to supply chain, delays, and product availability. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Design & Brand teams to ensure OSE selections meet aesthetic and functional standards. Work closely with Hotel Operations to align OSE with operational needs and opening readiness. Coordinate with Finance for budget approvals, capital planning, and reporting. Support property-level leadership during pre-opening and renovation transitions. Team LeadershipLead, develop, and mentor the OSE procurement team. Establish clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations. Foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture aligned with company values. Operational Readiness & Quality AssuranceEnsure all OSE is delivered, installed, and operational prior to hotel opening or relaunch. Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards and brand expectations are met. Support opening teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–12+ years of progressive experience in OSE procurement, hospitality project management, or related field. Strong experience supporting hotel openings, renovations, and capital projects. Proven expertise in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management. Deep understanding of hospitality operations (rooms, F&B, housekeeping, etc.). Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls. Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel as needed to support project sites and hotel openings.Preferred QualificationsExperience in multi-property or corporate hospitality environment. Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., BirchStreet or similar platforms). Experience working with luxury or full-service hotel brands.
