Receptionist / Office Manager
We are looking to add a full time Receptionist / Office Manager to our team! Our ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, who can provide outstanding customer service to all incoming callers and walk-in guests and vendors, redirects calls and inquiries to the appropriate department with a positive attitude. This individual acts as a liaison between Atlas and those inquiring about our services. This position will also serve as point of contact for residents’ inquiries and direct to the appropriate department.
In addition to managing incoming calls, this employee with all be responsible for administrative tasks to help support the corporate staff; such as receiving the mail, scanning in invoices into our system for the accounting team, and delivering checks to the accounting team. Reliable transportation will be important for this position to be able to fulfil trips to the bank, post office and occasional trips to the store support office needs.
Candidate must have employment history that demonstrates experience in customer. Candidate must have strong communication skills. Candidate must be comfortable using technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
JOB DUTIES:
· Answer phone inquiries, and forward them to the appropriate manager
· Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain, and organize incoming documents and office supplies for the corporate office
· Customer service; help incoming prospects, residents or vendors in-person, over the phone and via email
· Assist in getting messages, invoices, and documents to the appropriate individuals within the company
· Ensuring the office has the tools and equipment needed to be successful in their roles
· Post office runs for certificate of mailing (as needed)
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Prior administrative or clerical work experience is preferred
· Excellent time management and communication skills
· Highly organized working in a fast pace environment
· Proficient with Microsoft office suites and Outlook
· Strong problem solving skills
· Desire to learn and grow with our company

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
