Talent Coordinator

Talent CoordinatorThe Talent Coordinator supports the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, assisting with outreach efforts, and helping ensure recruitment activities are organized and compliant. This role works closely with hiring managers and HR to support hiring needs across all company locations. Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesCreate and post job openings in the applicant tracking system Track applicant sources and maintain accurate candidate records Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers Host onsite candidates and assist with interview preparation Arrange travel for candidates when needed Maintain recruiting reports and applicant flow logs Assist with updating job descriptions Maintain talent pools to support proactive recruiting efforts Assist with outreach efforts to support recruitment goals and expand candidate pipelines through community, educational, and workforce partnerships. Track outreach activities and recruitment-related compliance documentation Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment. Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor. AS9100/ISO Specific DutiesBe familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives. Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions. Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate. Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required. Cooperate with Auditors. Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor. Education And/Or ExperienceHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, human resources, or related administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience. QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand, and sit. Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds may be required in support of recruiting events. Work EnvironmentWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional travel may be required to support recruiting events, job fairs, community outreach activities, and company locations.
