Candidates selected for next steps will be contacted directly.Desired Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proven abilities in:Support the design, development, and modernization of an agency-wide intranet using Google Workspace and related collaboration technologiesGather and document business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems, content, and processesCreate and maintain information architecture, site navigation, page layouts, wireframes, and user experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with organizational brandingConfigure and enhance intranet functionality, including integrations with internal applications, data sources, search tools, and employee resourcesDevelop and implement content management processes, governance standards, and content migration plans to improve information quality and usabilityPerform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolutions to ensure high-quality user experienceDevelop user guides, training materials, and communications to support intranet adoption and ongoing user engagementMonitor site performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimizationQualifications and Requirements:B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceSuperb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced and fast-growing companyAbility to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutionsOperating Status:Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, which will require working both at clients' work locations and teleworking.Physical Qualification(s) Required:Work is performed in an office environmentMust be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of timeResponsible for adhering to all established safety standardsEqual Employment Opportunity:M2 Strategy is an equal opportunity employer.
