Talent Activation Specialist

Overview In this role you will drive talent strategy consulting for HRO clients and support internal partners in leveraging ADP's talent tools. You collaborate across client teams, internal stakeholders, and regional markets to solve complex talent challenges and maximize adoption of talent solutions. You coach junior colleagues, ensure high-quality client experiences, and contribute to product launches and regional initiatives. This is a hands-on, consultative position that blends strategy with practical guidance to deliver measurable value. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-value consulting on talent strategy and direction for HRO clientsBuild and maintain strong internal/external partnerships to address complex initiativesApply product knowledge and market trends to propose right solutionsCoach and influence junior associates; support onboarding and developmentEnsure a superior client experience and drive growth/usage of ADP talent productsSupport division/region programs and provide feedback on products/processesParticipate in regional project teams and special talent-tool initiativesConsult with stakeholders on best practices and tool enhancements Key requirementsBachelor's Degree in HR, technology-related field, or equivalent3–5 years of directly related experienceDirect experience in at least three talent disciplinesHR Generalist experienceHCM tools and technical experienceWFN experience a plusrelationship-buildingcoachingcollaborationHCM toolstalent management toolsknowledge of ADP talent products
