Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, employment discrimination, and more.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Manage case files from intake through resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation.Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client communications.Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement discussions.Maintain compliance and uphold ethical and legal standards throughout the case process.Stay current with laws and regulations relevant to personal injury practice. Qualifications:JD degree from an accredited law school; active state bar license in Pennsylvania - NJ a plus!Minimum 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law.Proven litigation and negotiation skills.Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Adaptability, continuous learning, and problem-solving aptitude.
