To be scheduled generally Monday-Friday, (20-30hours/week) with occasional weekend responsibilities for training and special events.Reports to: President/CEOSalary Range: This is a part-time, non-exempt position with an hourly wage range of: $30-35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.BGCSC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-aligned Executive O􀆯iceAdministrator who thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This individual will serveas a trusted partner to the President/CEO while ensuring smooth and efficient officeoperations across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, andflexible — someone who brings professionalism, discretion, and strong communicationskills while supporting organizational growth and transparency across departments.Primary FunctionThis dynamic, multifunctional role provides executive-level administrative support andoversees daily o􀆯ice operations. The Executive O􀆯ice Administrator ensures strong internalcoordination, streamlined workflow, and high-level support for leadership and strategicinitiatives that advance BGCSC’s mission.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportServe as primary administrative partner to the President/CEOManage CEO calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas/materialsDraft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and communicationsPrioritize incoming requests and track key action itemsSupport strategic initiatives and follow-up tasksProvide additional administrative support as assignedOffice Management OperationsOversee day-to-day office workflowMonitor supplies, equipment, and facility needsManage vendor relationships and service requestsSupport policy compliance and record-keeping proceduresAdministrative & Organizational SupportMaintain digital and physical filing systemsProcess communications, data entry, and documentationSupport finance/admin functions (mail, invoices, scanning, documentation)Serve as the central point of contact for staff and external partnersCompile reports, dashboards, and organizational documentationProject & Special Initiative SupportAssist with cross-department projects and special initiativesCoordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and community eventsTrack timelines, deliverables, and action listsQualificationsMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)Minimum 2 years of administrative or o􀆯ice management experienceExperience supporting executive leadership preferredStrong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft O􀆯ice 365Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independentlyMust have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between Club sites and community locations as neededHighly DesirableExperience in a nonprofit or youth-serving organizationExperience working with Boards of DirectorsFamiliarity with project management tools and CRM systemsBilingual (English/Spanish)Passion for youth development, equity, and community impactCompensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)Part-time, non-exempt positionMeaningful work in a mission-driven organizationOpportunity to support transformational leadership and community impactProfessional growth in a collaborative, purpose-focused environmentBGCSC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to excellence through diversity.
