Drive Growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 per year Incentive Bonus Opportunity: 20% of Annual SalaryAccountabilitiesLead operational performance across assigned restaurant locations.Drive consistent execution of brand standards, hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.Develop General Managers and leadership teams through coaching and accountability.Build bench strength through succession planning and talent development.Improve guest satisfaction, retention, and reputation scores.Deliver sales growth, profitability, labor efficiency, and cost control results.Ensure compliance with food safety, labor regulations, and company policies.Support new restaurant openings, transitions, and growth initiatives.Foster a culture of recognition, accountability, and continuous improvement.Essential FunctionsDirectly oversee 4 to 8 full-service restaurant locations.Conduct regular restaurant visits across all dayparts, including evenings and weekends.Coach General Managers to improve leadership effectiveness and operational execution.Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing management talent.Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning.Ensure consistent service, hospitality, and operating standards.Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction metrics.Resolve escalated guest concerns quickly and professionally.Analyze P&Ls, labor reports, sales trends, and controllable expenses.Build action plans with restaurant leaders to close performance gaps.Oversee scheduling efficiency, productivity, and labor deployment.Ensure inventory controls, food cost discipline, and waste reduction.Partner with HR on employee relations and policy administration.Maintain ServSafe, health department, and workplace safety compliance.Lead operational readiness for openings, remodels, and strategic initiatives.Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Training, and Marketing.Share best practices across locations to improve consistency and margins.Maintain clear communication with field leadership and ownership.ExpectationsLead with urgency, professionalism, and accountability.Be visible in restaurants and actively engaged in operations.Build strong relationships with restaurant teams and support partners.Use sound judgment and data to make timely decisions.Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.Create an environment where leaders feel challenged, supported, and developed.Represent the brand positively with employees, guests, and community partners.Travel approximately 60-70% between assigned restaurants, meetings, and company events.Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.QualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of full-service restaurant leadership experience.Multi-unit, full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume operation.Proven success leading teams, improving results, and developing leaders.Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and cost controls.Experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining management talent.Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of employmentMust reside in Central Iowa, Eastern Iowa or the Kansas City metro area, or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
