We pride ourselves on strong customer connections, curated merchandising, and a team-driven sales environment.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager, Sales and Marketing tosupport daily store operations, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement both in-store andthrough digital channels. This role plays a key part in supporting team performance, maintaining storestandards, and executing marketing efforts that bring customers into the store.The ideal candidate is hands-on, sales-driven, and confident in both customer interaction and digitalcommunication. This is a full-time position requiring at least 32 hours per week, including availability fortwo Saturdays per month.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience• Drive daily sales through strong customer engagement and exceptional service• Build lasting relationships with repeat and loyal customers• Support the team in meeting and exceeding store sales goals• Maintain strong product knowledge, including new arrivals and best sellers• Assist customers with sizing, fit, and styling• Lead by example on the sales floor, especially during peak hours• Help coach team members to improve sales performance and customer interactionsTeam Support & Staff Development• Assist in overseeing daily team performance and accountability• Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the sales floor• Support onboarding and training of new hires• Help ensure proper floor coverage at all times• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented store cultureCustomer Outreach & Marketing• Execute daily social media content (outfits, new arrivals, in-store features)• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional messaging• Send and manage customer text outreach to drive engagement and sales• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication• Capture in-store content to support brand growth and visibility• Assist with planning and executing in-store events and promotionsStore Operations & Merchandising• Perform opening and closing store procedures along with daily operations• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and customer-ready• Support visual merchandising and product placement• Assist with inventory management and restockingQualifications• 1–2+ years of retail experience (leadership experience preferred, boutique a plus)• Availability to work a full-time schedule (at least 32 hours per week), including two Saturdaysminimum per month• Strong background in sales and customer service• Strong social media skills with the ability to create content from concept to execution• Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-drivenBenefits• Competitive pay (based on experience)• Employee discountApplyIf you are passionate about retail, customer connection, and creating an engaging in-store and onlineexperience, we would love to hear from you.
