Load and unload packages with care, ensuring that all items are handled properly to prevent damage. Navigate assigned routes effectively, adapting to changing conditions while maintaining timely deliveries. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Manage paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and shipping documents. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading processes. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Requirements Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver with a strong focus on customer service. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to lift heavy packages regularly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina. Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including experience with forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
