Grain Elevator Manager

Job DescriptionGpac is working with a well-established grain operation seeking a Grain Elevator Manager to oversee day-to-day grain handling and merchandising operations at a country elevator location. Relocation to Montana is required for this role, with relocation assistance available.This position offers a base salary up to $100,000, bonus potential, and a full benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all elevator operations, safety, and staffOversee grain origination, merchandising, and producer relationshipsManage inventory control, grain quality, and blending opportunitiesEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programsPlan daily work schedules and oversee payroll and operational recordsQualifications3+ years of experience managing grain elevator operations and peopleStrong background in grain merchandising and origination preferredMechanical aptitude and maintenance experience a plusAbility to work closely with producers, merchandisers, and logistics teamsProficient with computer systems; ag software experience preferredWillingness to work extended hours during peak seasonsPlease submit a resume for consideration.
