BAS Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a BAS (Building Automation Systems) Service Technician based in Houston, TX. The BAS Service Technician will handle routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of building automation systems. The role involves interpreting business requirements, implementing building processes, analyzing system data, and communicating with team members and clients to ensure smooth system functionality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding Business Requirements.Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.Understanding of Business Processes related to building automation systems.Experience working with building automation systems is highly advantageous.Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.Relevant certifications or training in building automation, HVAC, or related fields are a plus.
