Paclease Rental Sales and Operations

We've hit a growth spurt! The Kenworth Sales and Truck Enterprises family is expanding again. We're adding a Paclease and Rental department to our Chesapeake, VA location and we're in need of passionate, qualified professionals to help us maintain our standards of excellence! The Rental Sales and Operations Representative is responsible for prospecting new clients by networking, advertising, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients as well as locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.Must-have qualities for a successful Rental Sales and Operations Representative:• Self-starter/go-getter (no-brainer) • Passionate and customer focused (like us!)• Strong communication, organization and influencing skillsTeam Players only! Must be able to work well independently and as a member of a highly collaborative team. Support location and rental customers, including rental counter activities as needed.
