CIPP Superintendent - Omaha, NE

Municipal Pipe Tool Co. LLC is growing and looking for an experienced CIPP Superintendent who is a safety-focused leader to join our CIPP crew in Omaha, NE. This is a heavy travel position throughout the Midwest. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced field environment, takes pride in building strong crews, and has extensive hands-on experience with large diameter CIPP instillations. Municipal Pipe Tool Co. LLC is a sewer maintenance and rehabilitation contractor that has been protecting the environment for more than 60 years. We partner with municipalities and industries across the Midwest to maintain and improve sewer infrastructure through trenchless rehabilitations methods. What You'll Do • Lead and supervise CIPP rehabilitation crews on active job sites • Coordinate daily field operations and ensure projects stay on schedule • Assist Project Managers with installation planning and execution • Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company procedures • Oversee production tracking, crew hours, and workflow management • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams • Troubleshoot and assist with equipment repairs alongside the Fleet Director • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites What We're Looking For • 5+ years of construction leadership or supervisory experience • Strong background in CIPP lining installation • Experience installing 8"-48"+ liners preferred • Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience • Knowledge of sewer rehabilitation and collection systems preferred • Experience with CUES TV equipment and robotic cutters is a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage crews and production in a fast-paced environment • CDL or ability to obtain one required • Comfortable with overnight travel throughout the Midwest • CDL permit holders are welcome - training available Why Join Us? • Excellent wage scale • Year-round employment • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Life, Disability & Accident Insurance • PTO & Paid Holidays • Flex Plans • 401(k) with Company Match • Company Vehicle Requirements: • 5+ years of construction industry supervisory experience • 2 + years of trenchless technology experience • Experience operating and maintaining CCTV equipment for sewers • Ability to lift 50 lbs Municipal Pipe Tool Co. is excited about expanding its team - Apply today!
