Come join our amazing team!What TrueNorth Offers TrueNorth offers a lineup of excellent benefits to all full-time employees, including:Annual BonusMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with Company ContributionsResponsible Time Off (RTO): Flexible time off with a required minimum to ensure rest and balance, plus 11 paid holidaysPaid Volunteer Time Off and Donation Match ProgramTuition reimbursement and paid certifications, licenses, designationsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness program with financial incentivesHybrid Work Schedule$3,000 Referral BonusEssential Job Functions Manage a book of business with a proactive client service approach, ensuring all deadlines and service standards are metServe as a primary point of contact for clients, producers, and service teams; respond to questions regarding policies and servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partnersMaintain accurate records of policies, renewals, payments, and related documentationStay current on industry trends, regulations, tools, and resources to effectively advise and support clientsCoordinate firm resources (Claims, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to deliver on client needs and purchased servicesAssist with marketing, placement, and renewal of new and existing business in accordance with established workflowsSupport client lifecycle projects, including preparing materials for recurring client meetingsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experienceTravel to client sites, carrier meetings, and regional offices as needed; perform other duties as assignedCredentials High School diploma or GED required.Two or four-year degree preferred.Experience in managing a book of Employee Benefits accounts requiredProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions.Prior customer service experience required.One year of experience with agency management system or CRM preferred, preferably EPIC.L&H license requiredSkills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.Highly collaborative while also capable of working independently with focus and determination.Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic in all situations.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Flexible and adaptable, maintaining positivity and focus in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with proven leadership skills and the ability to guide others toward success.Why TrueNorth?
